My client is looking for a motivated surveyor to manage a high-volume retail portfolio. While council-owned parades of shops may not be the most glamorous, they offer immense potential for cost-saving and revenue generation.
You'll dive into a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Managing a high volume of transactions and property management issues.
- Reviving condemned properties to a sellable state and letting the vacant units.
- Collaborating with agents to market the units and manage legal matters.
This portfolio has been neglected, it has many tenant issues and assignments that haven't been addressed.
Your mission? To bring it all back on track.
