Are you an experienced Repairs Scheduler looking for your next interim opportunity? I am partnering with a small but thriving Housing Association in North London to recruit an Interim Repairs Scheduler for an initial period of three months, with potential for extension.
As an Interim Repairs Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of repair and maintenance activities for the housing association’s properties. You will act as the main point of contact between tenants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective scheduling of repairs to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Repairs: Efficiently plan and allocate repair jobs to appropriate contractors or in-house maintenance teams.
- Tenant Communication: Liaise with tenants to schedule appointments and follow up on repair work progress.
- Contractor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with contractors to ensure quality service and timely completion of jobs.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records of repairs, schedules, and tenant interactions.
Interviews for this position will be scheduled for next week and ideally, you will be able to start within a week.
