As an Interim Repairs Administrator for the Local Authority you will be coordinating and managing repairs requests from our residents. Working closely with our repairs team, you will ensure that repairs are scheduled promptly and completed to the highest standard. Your role will involve administrative tasks, liaising with contractors and residents, and maintaining accurate records of repair activities, and data management.
This role requires you in the office full time, as the organisation prefers to keep the morale up!
