A Housing Association known for its outstanding customer service needs an Interim Repairs Administrator to cover sick leave.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to answering inbound calls, dealing with 6 inboxes across repairs/voids workstreams, scheduling and working alongside the technical team, and supporting the Service Manager with complaints management while reporting to the Service Manager.
This role requires you in the office full-time, but don't you worry, the team and the offices are like none other.
