Interim Property Surveyor

My client is looking for an experienced MRICS Surveyor with solid estate and asset management experience to manage a varied portfolio, which ranges from retail, offices, industrial sites, community buildings and leisure facilities.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a flexible and down-to-earth approach, the work is not 'glamorous'. It's a short term position where my client will need a team player with a proactive approach to help with the following responsibilities:  

• Handle landlord & tenant work (licences to assign, lease renewals, rent reviews).
• Deal with day-to-day compliance and operational management.
• Support acquisitions/disposals when required and provide strategic advice.

Please note, you will have complete flexibility over your working arrangements and will be able to operate through your LTD company if that is your preference.
