We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Housing Association in North London for a Customer Services Advisor to join their Income team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to contribute to a meaningful organisation that supports the local community.
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of housing services. This includes:
- Provide front-line customer service support to residents, handling queries and offering advice in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with tenancy-related administration, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems.
- Support the housing team with general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Manage reception duties, ensuring residents and visitors feel welcome and are directed appropriately.
