A newly structure repairs team, who are seeking a void surveyor, to come in and manager a portfolio of 200 void properties.
As a Void Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough surveys of void properties, identifying necessary repairs and improvements, and overseeing the completion of works. You will work closely with our project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and within budget and time constraints.
- 6 month+ contract
- competitive rate - £32-£40 per hour
- Hybrid working situation.
