As a Human Resources and Operations Assistant you will provide essential support across their HR and operational functions. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the company as it expands, with room to develop and take on increased responsibilities.

THE TASKS:
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain, update, and manage all employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and report monthly on individual site performance, including tracking reviews on Google and other platforms.
- Produce a monthly staff newsletter to keep the team informed on company updates, events, and announcements.
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing staff, from recruitment to first day.
- Organise and book staff onto relevant qualification programs or courses as required.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well you need to have HR experience and an understanding of HR processes.

- A people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong team relationships.
