An exciting 9 month temporary role has become available for a Housing Association as a Housing / Tenancy Administrator. Not only is the role offering flexibility and the opportunity to become permanent, But you will be working with a hard working, personable team, that are looking forward to bringing someone new on board with an office presence.
Job Details:
- 9 month initial temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent
- Offering up to £20.82ph umbrella
- Hybrid working role – Minimum 3 days per week in the office. This can be negotiated after the first few months, and you have settled into the position
- 35 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
Key skills required:
- Previous housing experience
- Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy
- Able to present information clearly and communicate decisions
- Good IT knowledge and skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Experience of Cx system is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to plan and manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills - customer focused, empathetic, and supportive of residents
The role itself:
- Housing / Tenancy Management Administrator
- Support the Neighbourhood Services Team
- Manage voids, new tenancies and transfers
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and external organisations
- Deliver a high level of customer service
