We're looking for a Housing Services Manager with strong technical expertise and a proactive, people-first approach. You’ll oversee a tenancy services team, ensuring tenancies are well-managed, risks are assessed, and complex cases are dealt with effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team
- Manage complex tenancy breaches and safeguarding issues
- Oversee risk assessments and tenancy conditions
- Use data and reporting to monitor team performance
- Drive continuous improvement in housing management
What you’ll bring:
- Proven housing management experience in general needs
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence in handling ASB, tenancy breaches, and complex cases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing policies aligned with best practice
