This role is a 3-month contract and is highly likely to continue after this period.

This position is a fully remote role. You will only be required to come into the office to pick up and return your equipment.

This amazing opportunity will be great for someone who has good up-to-date knowledge of the Housing Legislation and is able to process applications – If you have experience using Locata systems, this would be a high desire from the hiring manager.

I am after someone who has a mixed background of both London and rural experience working on 30 caseloads or more as this will require someone who can work through cases at a good pace.

If you have a passion for helping people in need and help make a difference to someone’s homelessness situation then this will be the right role for you.

You will be involved with providing PHPs, dealing with S.21 notices, prevention, relief, and making decisions on each case.
