Head of Property Management

Oyster have been retained by the leading Commercial Real Estate Consultancy in Buckinghamshire to hire the Head of Property Management.

Their main service lines include Agency, Professional services & Property Management. Property Management at present makes up a third of the companies revenue and is seen as an untapped resource.

The business has grown considerably over the last 10 years gaining a stronghold in the home counties market. They now have 5 offices & the head office being located in Buckinghamshire.

As the Head of Property Management, you will lead at team of 3 including a Facilities Manager, Head of Finance & Junior Surveyor.

My client works with a range of clients including Pension funds, Prop Co’s & UHNWI’s. There are a total of 40 assets under management ranging from multi let offices, industrial, retail & mixed use.

This opportunity is well aligned to an individual seeking the opportunity to grow your own department but with the benefit of joining a well-established team with a strong reputation in the market.

The position will include both Property & Asset management undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, value add & service charge budgeting to name a few.

Team leadership, business development, strategic planning & client relations are also large parts of this role.

My client is looking to pay up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus private healthcare, flexible working & flexible working hours. If your aspirations are higher being a pivotal role a conversation is still to be had.

There will be several bonus scheme in place based on departmental performance, new business & company annual bonus provide a great incentive & opportunity to earn substantial bonuses.
