Head of Finance

As Finance Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial performance but will naturally get involved with other aspects of the business, working closely with the other teams and external businesses.

Your responsibilities will include strategic financial planning, financial reporting, You will also be a key figure in board meetings, providing insight and leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a proven track record of managing the financial aspects of large commercial real estate portfolios.
• Experience in driving asset business plans and delivering measurable financial outcomes in high-value, Central London office investments.
• Strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Not afraid to roll sleeves up and get involved in our aspects of the business.
