Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage building safety and compliance initiatives across our portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and legislation.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and certifications.
• Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and training on safety standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building safety or compliance management.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and safety laws.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.
