Head of Asset Management - Build to Rent

Following the completion of three recent schemes, they are now looking to hire a Head of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of circa 5,000 beds.

Key to this role will be someone who has a strong track record of Asset Management within either BTR or PBSA.

Main responsibilities:

· Strategic oversight and Asset Management leadership for a UK wide BTR portfolio.

· Managing a team of 3 Asset Managers.

· Identifying, appraising, and executing active management opportunities.

· Creating and executing business plans, budgets and cashflows.

· Oversight and management of the Operator.

· Financial reporting back to Investors.

Key Requirements:

· 7 years + Asset Management experience.

· Significant experience within the Operational Living space (preferably BTR or PBSA).

· Ability to analyse business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.

· Strong L&T knowledge.

· Well networked in the BTR sector.
