General Practice Surveyor - Associate Director

My client are one of the most long standing and largest agencies in the South East and they're looking for a successor to one of the Partners who plans to exit the business in the next 5-10 years, in that period, you will be his number 2.

So what are they looking for?

• A chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Someone with a broad skillset from Property Management, Agency, Valuations and Lease Advisory.
• A Proactive go getter, someone willing to lead from the front.
• Someone with local knowledge of the area.
• A long term hire. This is a significant hire for them, this will be the future of their business, so someone looking for a stepping stone for a year or two, this isn't for you.
• Someone that has successful relationships with current clients that could potentially move over with them.

Salary is dependant on experience, but they will pay what they need to for the right person!
