You’ll be the driving force behind a portfolio of 240 beds in central Newcastle, leading on all aspects of site management, customer experience, and team performance. From ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to building an outstanding living environment, you’ll be at the heart of it all!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accommodation Team to ensure smooth operations and meet tenant needs.
  • Serve as the main student liaison for check-ins, wellbeing, and events.
  • Oversee check-in/out, Summer Turnaround, and maintenance during student transitions.
  • Handle complaints, disputes, incidents, and report resolutions.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance and manage site standards.
  • Oversee property KPIs, financial performance, and monthly reporting.
  • Drive accommodation sales to achieve 100% occupancy and manage the site budget.


Your Requirements:

  • Significant site operations experience
  • Understanding of P&L and Budgets
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You need to have experience in the PBSA, BTR or Hotel sector
