They’re launching a premium co-living development in Kingston, designed to offer more than just a place to live. It’s a thoughtfully crafted environment where connection, comfort, and community come together. With over 200 units, this flagship scheme marks the beginning of a wider expansion across London, Manchester, and other major UK cities.

As General Manager, you’ll take the reins from day one — overseeing the full mobilisation of the development, recruiting and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every resident feels right at home. From operational excellence and leasing strategy to community events and service delivery, you’ll be central to creating an experience that feels personal, seamless, and ahead of the curve.

This isn’t just about managing a building. It’s about shaping a lifestyle, setting a new standard for co-living, and playing a defining role in the future of urban living!

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the full mobilisation of the site, from compliance to staffing and service delivery
• Deliver exceptional service standards and maintain full regulatory compliance
• Oversee leasing, drive occupancy, and manage renewals
• Be the face of the development – leading resident engagement, curating events, and ensuring a seamless living experience
• Manage budgets, suppliers, health and safety protocols, and performance reporting
• Develop and grow a high-performing team

Your Requirements:

• A proven background in operational or property management, hospitality, or build-to-rent
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage residents
• A commercial mindset – confident managing budgets, suppliers, and occupancy targets
• A passion for customer experience and creating communities where people thrive
• A proactive, detail-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
