They are acquiring assets at lightning speed. Their assets are varied across retail, industrial, and commercial. The role of Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in this accelerated growth across the business. This role will be an important part of the overall real estate team and will inform decision making for the company.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in strategic financial analysis with traditional accounting practices within Real Estate. You will have the deep understanding required in financial management with a strong emphasis on business partnering.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth financial reports, including variance analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting for property portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Financial analysis and business partnering
- Analyse and interrogate data and extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support portfolio management.
- Produce financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement commercial strategies to enhance property portfolio.
- Evaluate market trends, competition, and economic factors to inform financial recommendations.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in finance with a focus on both business partnering and traditional accounting.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Commercially minded with a strategic mindset and the ability to align financial objectives with broader business goals
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Familiarity with UK real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
