Finance Director

As Finance Director, you will drive efficiency, professionalism, and integrity across all levels of the business, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

With a turnover of approximately £15m across six trading companies and a workforce of over 200 employees, the Group is poised for further growth and development.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal finance team, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and planning, to ensure accurate and timely insights for management.
• Strengthen management information systems, internal controls, and financial reporting to safeguard assets.
• Oversee production of financial statements, cash flow projections, and regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Monitor banking activities and ensure sufficient cash flow for the Group's needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance finance systems and processes, driving value for the business.
