Estates & Facilities Manager

Looking after a prestigious London site made up of 39 properties, this leading UK Property Consultancy are on the lookout for a dynamic Estates & Facilities Manager to join their senior team to play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction to both direct and outsourced on-site teams.

As an Estate & Facilities Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes retail, commercial, and residential properties.

Reporting into the Regional Director, you will play a senior position to your portfolio and team of two. You will collaborate closely with various on-site central teams to maximise and deliver high standards.

You will be responsible for delivering Health, Safety, and Facilities Management services. This includes implementing all agreed services levels for both Hard and Soft services and property strategy.
