Estate Manager

I have partnered with a prestigious London estate who are looking to expand their team. With their forward thinking strategic vision, they’re looking for an experienced Estate Manager to join them.

You will be overseeing a unique portfolio made up of a variety of commercial offices, retail units, restaurants and more. Supported by a versatile team you will maintain close contact with the senior property manager, facilities manager and other property managers, supervisors, colleagues, and all stakeholders.

This role is not just about managing the estate, it’s about shaping the experience for everyone around it and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. From hard and soft services, service charge budgets, and health and safety you will be the key point of contact as well as supporting the wider team.
