Director of Operations

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of national operations—mobilising new schemes, improving performance across live assets, and driving a culture of service excellence. You’ll be at the heart of the business, influencing everything from leasing strategies and resident experience to team development and operational efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading a high-performing national operations team, building culture and consistency
• Supporting the successful launch of new schemes across the UK
• Enhancing the resident journey through innovative service design and use of technology
• Driving key operational metrics—leasing, retention, compliance, and budget control
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, asset management, development)
• Reporting into the board and helping shape long-term operational strategy
• Ensuring all sites meet the highest standards of safety, service, and brand alignment

Your Experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience in BTR, PBSA, hospitality, or co-living
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing multisite portfolios
• Strong people manager with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
• Commercially astute with an eye for customer experience and operational detail
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a hands-on mindset
• Strong knowledge of compliance, mobilisation, and property lifecycle management
