Director - Lease advisory

We have partnered exclusively with the UK’s leading lease restructuring advisor, based in London. They have over 20 years’ experience providing unparalleled advice and tailored services to corporate tenant clients, enhancing their journey in key value-adding areas.

They are looking to hire a Director to play a senior role in their lease advisory team. This individual will handle sensitive and skilled negotiations on behalf of some of the UK’s largest & most prestigious commercial tenants.

The business operates as an employee ownership trust which comes with tax benefits on bonuses & having financial ownership of the business from the very start.

My client is looking for an individual who wants to become an equity partner of the business in the near future & someone who aspires to be the future Managing Director as he sees this role being his medium-term successor.

An entrepreneurial spirit & desire to be involved in developing new business is an essential part of this role.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a negotiator with a proven transactional track record, acting for commercial tenants. However, individuals who have worked in house in a tenant property team or have been a director of a business handling lease negotiations will certainly be considered.

My client is looking to pay up to £110,000 salary plus a bonus of your salary or 25% whichever is higher based on a fee level threshold.
