Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor

Good news, I've got just what you're looking for.

You will be working with a Housing Association based in the East Midlands as a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor.

Key Benefits:

• Initial 3-month interim contract - following this, if everyone is happy the post will go permanent
• £35-£40 per hour
• Hybrid working - 2/3 days will be spent on site for inspections or contractor meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties to assess and diagnose damp and mould
• Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for solutions
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and management to resolve issues

What We're Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of damp and mould causes and treatments
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience as both a Damp & Mould Surveyor and Disrepair Surveyor
