Damp and Mould Surveyor

DAMP AND MOULD SURVEYOR

• You will be working as a Damp and Mould Surveyor with an RP in Hertfordshire who are looking for someone to look after their damp and mould cases for 3-6 months and with the possibility to extend
• You will be on an hourly rate of £38 - £40 per hour, which will be paid through an Umbrella company.

DAMP AND MOULD SURVEYOR ROLE:

• Conducting damp and mould surveys and identifying issues as well as providing remedial recommendations
• Reviewing damp and mould surveys and writing detailed reports
• Requesting quotes to ensure value for money
• Assuring the work is done to the organisation's standard by operatives and contractors
• Tenant liaison and contract management
• Managing the cases on their Housing Management system

DAMP AND MOULD SURVEYOR ESSENTIALS:

• Sound knowledge in damp, mould and condensation within social housing
• Experience with working with and managing contractors and DLOs
• Any relevant qualifications or memberships (HNC, MCIOB, MRICS etc.)
