As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are proud to call their home. You’ll provide exceptional service throughout the resident journey, contributing to a vibrant, friendly community in a large residential development with communal facilities such as co-working lounge, Gym, gardens, and movie rooms.
This on-site, customer-facing role involves welcoming visitors and residents while maintaining a high-quality, welcoming environment. You’ll uphold the brand’s values, delivering outstanding service and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone enquiries delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with preparations of check in and check out reports, completing property inductions with new residents.
- Conduct viewing to prospective tenants.
- Support with resident applications.
Your Requirements:
- A passion for outstanding customer service.
- Experience in the private residential sector or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the BTR industry.
- Excellent organisations and administration skills.
- A positive “can do” attitude and problem-solving mindset.
