Managing a growing portfolio of over 2,500 premium rental homes and consistently earning top marks from residents with a 98% satisfaction rate, this is a chance to join an ambitious, passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident experiences.

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are proud to call their home. You’ll provide exceptional service throughout the resident journey, contributing to a vibrant, friendly community in a large residential development with communal facilities such as co-working lounge, Gym, gardens, and movie rooms.

This on-site, customer-facing role involves welcoming visitors and residents while maintaining a high-quality, welcoming environment. You’ll uphold the brand’s values, delivering outstanding service and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to email and phone enquiries delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with preparations of check in and check out reports, completing property inductions with new residents.
  • Conduct viewing to prospective tenants.
  • Support with resident applications.

Your Requirements:

  • A passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in the private residential sector or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of the BTR industry.
  • Excellent organisations and administration skills.
  • A positive “can do” attitude and problem-solving mindset.
