Your Responsibilities:

  • Organise events, foster connections, and build a neighbourhood where residents and businesses thrive.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the scheme runs like clockwork.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the living experience, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Resolve challenges, champion customer satisfaction, and leave a lasting impression on everyone who walks through the doors.


Your Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in property management, managing BTR, Residential or Hotels assets.
  • A leader with a passion for people and community.
  • A problem-solver with operational savvy and a drive for excellence.
  • A dynamic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric role.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimising returns.
