Your next role

It’s time for the next step.
You’ve earned it.

Ready to lead the launch of Liverpool's newest and most exciting student living experience?

Imagine a state-of-the-art student accommodation building in Liverpool, complete with 420 beds, ready to welcome students from all over the world. Picture the excitement of new arrivals, the promise of fresh starts, and the opportunity to cultivate a thriving community from day one.

Now, see yourself at the heart of it all, leading the charge to transform this impressive new building into more than just a place to stay—it becomes a vibrant, dynamic student home filled with lasting memories. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, now's the time to jump on board!

This rapidly growing PBSA developer and operator is on a mission to bring 12 new properties to life across the UK over the next few years. Their latest project? A brand-new, 420-bed property in Liverpool, kicking off an exciting new chapter.

As their Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture and energy of this new student hub from the ground up. You’ll be the face, the spirit, and the driving force behind creating a community where students not only live but truly thrive!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create a welcoming community that feels like home, encouraging memorable stays, rebookings, and referrals.
  • Plan engaging events to boost resident satisfaction and strengthen ties with universities and local organisations.
  • Support the General Manager in health and safety compliance, maintaining high operational standards.
  • Lead and mentor your team, providing feedback, development plans, and fostering a positive, values-driven work environment.

What They're Looking For:

  • A natural people-person with a passion for community building and resident engagement.
  • Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Proven skills in event planning, social media management, and customer service.
  • A can-do attitude, with the flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and booking systems.

We are looking to attract talent from all areas of the property industry for this position. We endeavour to have a fair recruitment process. So apply in any way that suits you: text message, video message, CV - the more creative the better.
