They have gained a reputation as the fastest growing Commercial Property Investor in the UK making quite a statement in the industry over the last few years.
Their portfolio at presents stands at just under £1billion consisting of circa 70 assets. 22 assets have been acquired in the last two years alone covering circa 2million sqft, alongside a 2million sqft deal pipeline reflecting the ambitious nature of their growth.
The portfolio consists of solely Retail assets UK wide, ranging from Shopping Centers, Retail Parks, Retail Parades, and singular units. Anything they see value in, they invest in.
This will be the fifth hire in the Property Management team to support the continued expansion of the business. Over time you will gain an unrivaled level of exposure throughout the full Property life-cycle. It’s an incredibly collaborative environment enabling employees at all levels to have a voice and implement improvements and change.
My client is looking to pay up to £61,000 inclusive of car allowance, offer private healthcare, 27 days holiday, 8% pension contribution and a sizable annual bonus.
They have recently located to a brand-new office space in The West End.
Commercial Property Management experience including dealing with Service Charge is essential for this position.
