Commercial Property Manager - Client Side

With a specific focus on Commercial Property, my client is one of the most thrilling companies in the property industry right now, they spot exciting investment opportunities quickly, and they are a team of highly motivated individuals.

Due to their acquisitions of new assets, over the last 2 years alone they have acquired 22 new assets totalling 2 million sq ft of Commercial space, they are looking to bring on a like-minded Commercial Property Manager as an addition to their thriving team.

You will be the sixth addition to the in-house Commercial Property Management team. You will have the opportunity to work on a nationwide portfolio consisting of different asset classes within commercial.

With this opportunity comes an abundance of exposure to gain experience in other aspects outside of core day to day responsibilities, including involvement in areas such as Asset Management and Sustainability.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 4+ years experience in Commercial Property Management, MRICS and experience in the Retail sector is not essential.

The package on offer for this position depending on experience would be up to £55,000 inclusive of car allowance, private healthcare, an 8% pension contribution, 27 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) and an generous annual bonus.
