As a Building Surveyor, you won’t just maintain structures—you’ll shape spaces where communities thrive and history meets modernity.

Your Impact
Your days will be dynamic: meeting stakeholders, inspecting sites, refining plans, and ensuring quality work. You’ll:
- Oversee repairs and contractor performance.
- Prepare specifications, tender documents, and contract drawings.
- Manage projects through planning, approvals, and completion.
- Conduct surveys to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with council leaders, school officials, and contractors.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, NBS, NSR, and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, compliance, and procurement regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- A full UK driving licence and a passion for site-based work.
