BUILDING SURVEYOR
We are looking for a Property Services Surveyor to work on day to day maintenance with a Housing Association in London covering a small local patch that is within walking distance of the office.
You'll be working on a contract basis that will run until March 2025, you'll be in the office 3-4 days per week.
Your rate will be £32 - £35 per hour.
As well as day to day maintenance, your responsibilities will include:
- Leaseholder/Tenant Alterations
- Boundary Disputes
- Planning Breaches
- Party Wall (Adjoining Owner Surveyor role specifically)
- Negotiations with third-party Telecom providers regarding lease renewals
- Liaising professionally with the Housing team, external solicitors, land surveyors and party wall surveyors
