Associate Director - Asset Manager | Data Centres

Oyster have partnered with a highly reputable REIT with circa £100billion in Assets Under Management globally covering multiple real estate sectors.

My client is looking to appoint an Associate Director within their Asset Management team with a focus on Data Centres an emerging market going from strength to strength.

The European operation at presents stands at circa 30 headcount Covering Investment, Asset Management, Finance & Legal. They are highly acquisitive with plans to expand aggressively coming into the new financial year.

Key areas of the position will be.

• Prepare and monitor budget process by ensuring net operating income and capital expenditure is at a level to deliver or exceed targeted returns.
• Implement leading strategics and drive new lease negotiations.
• Identify & deliver key capex/AEI projects in accordance with Property life cycles and to meet the forecast leasing targets for the properties.
• Integrate newly acquired properties into the business including the appointment of the property managers, preparing new business plans, etc.

This is a brand-new position in the business to support their continued expansion in this emerging market.

My client is looking for pay up to £100,000 salary pending experience, plus a considerable discretionary bonus, 11% pension, private health & dental care & a flexible working arrangement.

As minimum of 5 years Asset Management experience is required and some experience managing data centres.
