They are looking for an ambitious self-starter to play a key role in managing and optimizing the portfolio. From conducting market research to evaluating and structuring asset allocations, the company is seeking someone who can contribute to the ongoing growth and performance of their investments. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring KPIs, such as occupancy rates, rental yields, and operational efficiency, to identify areas for improvement.
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, rental demands, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and make informed investment decisions.
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of BTR and PBSA properties, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the company’s investment strategy.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of assets, including rent growth, cost management, and potential capital improvements.
Requirements:
- 1+ years relevant experience as an Asset Manager within Real Estate with PBSA and/or BTR experience.
- Proficiency in Property Management Software.
- Risk Management Expertise: Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with property investments, tenant turnover, market fluctuations, and operational challenges.
- A strong work ethic and significant attention to detail.
Salary:
- £40,000-£55,000 + Package.
