Aids and Adaptations Surveyor

AIDS AND ADAPTATIONS SURVEYOR

• You will be working as a Aids and Adaptations Surveyor with an RP in the East of England.
• This will be for a minimum 3-6 months, which will look to be extended if everyone is happy.
• You will be on an hourly rate of £40 - £42 per hour, which is competitive.

AIDS AND ADAPTATIONS SURVEYOR ROLE BASICS:

• Manage and oversee adaptations to the homes of disabled residents within the Borough to enable them to live independently.
• Assist residents to complete all necessary paperwork involved.
• Draw up schedules of work and plans, obtaining quotations, instructing and overseeing contractors, liaising with internal and external partners and agencies and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Review the service to ensure cases are efficiently managed in accordance with the defined timescales and continuous improvements are achieved.

AIDS AND ADAPTATIONS SURVEYOR APPLICANT ESSENTIALS

• Competent using AutoCAD or able to produce paper drawings to contractors
• Experience as an Aids and Adaptations Surveyor
• Experience being on-site with an Occupational Therapist
